Jon Brown

Property & Casualty Adjuster

Jon has been working for Brown Adjustment Service for the past 6 years.  He completed his education at the University Of Arkansas. Jon is a licensed adjuster. He works closely with his supervisor Marty Brown who also happens to be his father. He has completed the Haag Certified Roofing  Inspector Program (HCRI).  Jon brings the energy and  enthusiasm needed to work multiple claims. He has obtained a great deal of experience in the past 6 years.  He is a great asset to the company.

Tim Armstrong

Auto Appraiser

Tim is a retired Automobile Appraiser from Farmers who handles our automobile and heavy equipment appraisals.  If you are interested in newer vehicle repairs, or old vehicle restoration, take the time to talk to him.  He knows his stuff.

Courtney Mayrose

Casualty Adjuster-Office Manager

Courtney has been with Brown Adjustment Service for the past 14 years. She is a licensed adjuster working casualty claims, commercial liability and commercial automobile claims when needed. She spends most of her time in the office working on reports and with insurance carriers as well as helping with any questions that may be presented from an insured or claimant. She has 16 years of claims experience and worked for 10 years as a legal secretary.

We also have other licensed adjusters available during times of catastrophes or when there is a high volume of claims. We have set-up this network of adjusters to insure a rapid and comprehensive resolution to property claims during these times.
